Return & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds. We will exchange an item or provide store credit within 7 days of the purchase with a receipt. Item must be in original box and in good condition. There is a 15% re-stocking fee. Any orders from the catalog - there are NO REFUNDS/NO EXCHANGE.
Any orders from the website, there are no refunds or exchanges. Refunds are available only if customer changes their mind within 24 hrs, and as long as the items have not arrived to the store.
Damages
Customers must inspect all furniture items at pick-up. Furniture 4 A Lot Less is not responsible for losses and damages after pick-up. Customers must report any damaged furniture within 24 hours after delivery. Merchandise will be serviced for factory defects for the original customer at their original address.
Special Orders
Customers must pay 50% deposit on all special orders. Special orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
